Kim Sae Ron’s Family Holds Press Conference: Unveils Forensic Evidence of Kim Soo Hyun’s Alleged Relationship With Her at 16 + More Shocking Revelations
The family of the late Kim Sae Ron has presented evidence claiming that she was in a relationship with Kim Soo Hyun while she was still a minor.
On the 27th of March, Kim Sae Ron’s family’s legal representative, Attorney Bu Ji Seok from Buyu Law Firm, held a press conference in Seocho-gu, Seoul, and revealed photos and conversations as proof of the alleged relationship. The lawyer clarified that while some personal information had been redacted, no details were fabricated.

The attorney stated, “The family does not wish for a meaningless battle over the truth. They want to put an end to the controversy.” He then proceeded to disclose conversations that allegedly confirm Kim Sae Ron and Kim Soo Hyun were in a relationship when she was still a minor.
Additionally, the lawyer claimed that after receiving a certified legal notice from Kim Soo Hyun’s side, Kim Sae Ron attempted to take her own life multiple times due to extreme distress. The family also refuted circulating rumors that they were seeking financial gain, calling such claims baseless. They further denied allegations that Kim Sae Ron had a strained relationship with her mother, vowing legal action against the spread of false information.
The attorney also addressed a previous statement from Kim Sae Ron’s ex-boyfriend, referred to as “A,” who claimed she suffered due to family neglect, calling such remarks “difficult to accept.” He warned of strong legal measures against defamatory statements.
Kim Sae Ron’s family has maintained that she and Kim Soo Hyun were in a relationship from 2015 to 2021, beginning when she was still a minor. However, Kim Soo Hyun’s side contends that they only dated for about a year after she became an adult, leading to a dispute between both parties.
During the press conference, Bu Ji Seok disclosed KakaoTalk messages exchanged between Kim Soo Hyun and the late Kim Sae Ron. Kim Soo Hyun sent a photo of young Kim Sae Ron, saying, “Cute,” and when Kim Sae Ron texted, “♥smooch,” Kim Soo Hyun responded, “Do it for real later.”

“I want to clear up the misunderstandings between us, so I’m leaving this message. I couldn’t contact anyone at the company, and I was scared of the lawsuit. I’m sorry for posting the picture, though. I posted it hoping the company would get in touch. I’m sorry for the harm it caused.
I’m really scared and uncomfortable with the Gold Medalist people. After I left the company, no one would take my calls. I don’t want to bother you. I sincerely hope you’re happy. We’ve been together for about 5-6 years. You were my first love and my last love, so I hope you don’t avoid me. Do you really hate me that much? Why?

Lastly, Attorney Bu urged people to stop criticizing the bereaved family, stating, “As speculation and criticism toward the family continue, they are suffering from extreme anxiety, as well as severe emotional and physical distress.”
