Former IZ*ONE member Kim Min Ju will not be joining HYBE’s upcoming girl group after all.
Previously, it was reported that HYBE approached Kim Min Ju to recruit her for their upcoming girl group. However, it has now been revealed that Kim Min Ju has rejected their offer.
According to her agency Urban Works, they stated,
“It is true that Kim Min Ju was offered to join HYBE’s upcoming girl group, but she has a strong will to become an actor. So she’ll start her acting career.”
It was revealed that HYBE showed a strong will to recruit Kim Min Ju but her agency decided to respect her decision of wanting to become an actress and turned down their offer.
Kim Min Ju is currently preparing to debut as an actress, she’s taking acting lessons and auditioning as well.
