A couple pictorial of actors Kim Min Gyu and Go Bo Gyeol has been released.
The lead actors Kim Min Gyu and Go Bo Gyeol of the tvN drama “The Heavenly Idol” recently conducted a photoshoot and interview with First Look magazine.
The two talked about their first impressions of each other. Kim Min Gyu said. “It was like the fourth dimension. I’m the type to joke around a lot, but I’m also a broad-minded person who always accepts others well.” Then, he added a word about the unexpected part. “Bo Gyeol has a serious and cool attitude toward acting. I thought she was always bright, but she has a heavy charm, so there are many things to learn from her.”
Go Bo Gyeol also praised Kim Min Gyu. “He’s younger than me, but he seemed more mature, and the more I got to know him, the more I was pleasantly surprised. He has a talent for making people feel comfortable. He is a person who adapts well to anyone and anywhere. He is also a mood maker who dances the moonwalk whenever he has time on set.”
The two actors also continued to explain their respective roles. “Should I say that Dal (Go Bo Gyeol in the drama) is like a wonderful career woman? She’s good at her job, she’s mature, and has a sense of humor. She has great pride in his work, but for some reason, it collapses in an instant. While living such a life, she meets Lambrary and they grow together, and I think that process is one of the points to watch.”
Then, “Lambrary (Kim Min Gyu in the drama ), who enters the body of a character named Woo Yeon Woo, is a high priest in another world. One day, with the devil’s magic, Woo Yeon Woo and his soul are swapped. In this way, he wakes up as a member of an idol group called ‘Wild Animal’, but Lambrary keeps his calling as a high priest in a different body, and makes that the most important purpose of life.”
“The Heavenly Idol” is set to premiere on February 15, 2023.
