The Identity Of The Popular Actor Who Refused Breathalyzer Test And Caused Traffic Accident Revealed

Previously, media outlets reported that a Korean actor in his 40s caused a car accident and refused a police breathalyzer test three times, his identity has now been revealed!

It has been revealed that a 40-year-old singer and actor named Kim Jeong Hoon was charged with refusing a police breathalyzer test after causing a traffic accident.

According to the Seoul Suseo Police Station, Kim Jeong Hoon was charged with refusing a breathalyzer test under the Road Traffic Act and is currently under investigation.

According to the police, Kim Jeong Hoon caused an accident on December 29th last year at around 3:30 am in the vicinity of Nonhyeon-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, while driving his vehicle and changing lanes, colliding with a vehicle ahead.

The police demanded a breathalyzer test from Kim Jeong Hoon three times at the scene, but he refused each time. The police eventually charged him with refusing a breathalyzer test under the Road Traffic Act.

Furthermore, the police accompanied Kim Jeong Hoon to the police station for questioning and then allowed him to return home. They plan to summon him again soon to investigate the reason for refusing the breathalyzer test and the details of the accident.

Initially, this incident was reported as involving a 40-year-old singer and actor, but it was revealed to be Kim Jeong Hoon. Kim Jeong Hoon had his license revoked in July 2011 for a previous drunk driving offense, so his refusal to take the test this time to avoid another drunk driving charge is expected to cause a bigger controversy.

Kim Jeong Hoon previously suspended his entertainment activities due to a controversy related to his former girlfriend. Although he has been holding fan meetings, he has not been able to appear on TV shows and is once again attracting attention due to another controversy.
