Actress Kim Hieora, who made herself known with “Extraordinary Attorney Woo” and “Bad Prosecutor,” will join Netflix’s upcoming anticipated drama “The Glory.”
According to a report by Xports News on November 3, Kim Hieora will appear in Netflix’s original drama “The Glory,” which is scheduled to be released in December. Song Hye Kyo and Lim Ji Yeon, who lead the drama as cast-in-class characters with a high proportion, will work together.
Kim Hieora is showing a strong presence as Tae Hyung Wook, the chief of staff who puts Jin Jung (played by D.O.) in danger in the KBS 2TV Wednesday-Thursday drama ”Bad Prosecutor,” which is currently airing. In July, she played the role of North Korean defector Gye Hyang Sim, who was tried for robbery and injury in the ENA drama “Extraordinary Attorney Woo,” which was a hit, and showed an in-depth performance by portraying a desperate mother.
Kim Hieora, who has been receiving offers for several works, has also confirmed her appearance in tvN’s new drama “The Uncanny Counter” Season 2, which will begin filming in November after finishing the script reading. As a strong villain character, she is expected to show chemistry with Jin Sun Kyu and Kang Ki Young, who joined this season.
“The Glory” is a Netflix series that tells the story of desperate revenge and those who fall into the whirlwind of it by a woman who prepared for it throughout her whole life since her soul gets stripped due to violence as a child. Popular screenwriter Kim Eun Sook, who has been successful in every work, including “The King: Eternal Monarch,” “Mr. Sunshine,” “Guardian: The Lonely and Great God,” “Descendants of the Sun,” “The Heirs,” “Secret Garden,” and “Lovers in Paris,” drew attention as it was announced that she was preparing for a revenge drama, not romance.
“The Glory” stars Kim Hieora, Song Hye Kyo, Lee Do Hyun, Lim Ji Yeon, Yeom Hye Ran, Park Sung Hoon, and Jung Sung Il.
The drama is set to be released in December.
