Jung Chaeyeon Fractures Collarbone After Fall On Set Of “The Golden Spoon,” To Get Surgery

Jung Chaeyeon has been injured while working on the set of the upcoming MBC drama “The Golden Spoon”!

On September 10, it was reported that the idol-actress fell down the stairs while filming for the upcoming drama. She was transferred to a hospital in Seoul.

After an X-ray was taken, she was diagnosed with a collarbone fracture and showed symptoms of a concussion. She received treatment. As a result of the diagnosis, Jung Chaeyeon will undergo surgery on Sep 13 for her fractured collarbone. If ligament damage is confirmed, she might also need another surgery.

Meanwhile, Jung Chaeyeon’s group DIA is scheduled to release one last goodbye song ahead of disbandment on September 14. and her upcoming MBC drama “The Golden Spoon” will premiere on September 23.
