KBS’s upcoming drama “Oasis” has released a group poster ahead of its highly anticipated premiere!

On February 27, KBS 2TV’s new Monday-Tuesday drama “Oasis” released the official group poster featuring main actors Jang Dong YoonSeol In Ah, and Choo Young Woo.

“Oasis” is a melodrama about three youngsters who fiercely threw themselves to protect their own dreams, friendships, and first love, which is only once in their lives, against the backdrop of a turbulent Korea that is between the 1980s to the 1990s.

The poster released shows three youths, Lee Doo Hak (Jang Dong Yoon), Oh Jung Shin (Seol In Ah), and Choi Chul Woong (Choo Young-woo) staring at someone from different places. This is a 180-degree change from the teaser poster when they showed off their refreshing beauty with bright smiles in the previously unveiled posters wearing school uniforms.

The appearance of Doo Hak with a red wound on his face, Jung Shin in a black dress, and Chul Woong in a clean suit represent the situation of three young people living in a different world from the past. Doo Hak’s gaze, which looks up with anger in them, meets Chul Woong’s gaze facing down, creating a tense tension between the two men. Jung Shin’s gaze, which turned toward Chul Woong, is only directed at the front. The conflicting eyes of the three youths show the love of those who have crossed paths with each other.

In addition, the silhouette of the high school boy Doo Hak, who confronted the three as if he had turned his back on them, heightens the meaningful atmosphere. It stimulates curiosity about what happened to Doo Hak in the past, who was left only with a faint silhouette in the poster, and what made him change so much.

“Oasis” side said, “The group poster, which contrasts with the appearance of Doo Hak, Jung Shin, and Chul Woong, who were full of freshness and innocence, have the fierceness of the three youths to protect their most precious things, that is, their Oasis, in the whirlpool of love and fate. Please confirm how the three youths will bloom in a rough and fierce world through the broadcast.”

Meanwhile, KBS 2TV’s new Monday-Tuesday drama “Oasis” will premiere at 9:50 p.m. on March 6.
