Hyun Bin and Song Hye Kyo are involved in dating rumors 9 years after their breakup!
Recently, Chinese media outlets claimed that Hyun Bin and Song Hye Kyo have gotten back together, and their proof? A photo a netizen took of two people walking their dog in the middle of the night. The photo was shared to Instagram and later picked up by Chinese media that reported on it as facts; some even claimed the two have already been living together and have already bought a house earlier this year.
However, the photo is taken from a long distant and it’s very difficult to confirm the identity of the two people in the photo. The post has since been deleted.
Hyun Bin’s agency immediately stepped in to deny the reports calling them ‘groundless,’ they told news outlets,
“The rumor that Hyun Bin and Song Hye Kyo are dating again is completely groundless.”
They also stated that the rumors from the Chinese media outlets are wrong.
Song Hye Kyo’s agency also followed with a statement denying the rumors as well stating that it’s not the first time Chinese media spread false rumors. When asked about Song Hye Kyo’s next project, the agency stated that she’s still considering her next work.
Hyun Bin and Song Hye Kyo dated in the past after meeting on the set of the 2008 KBS drama “Worlds Within.” They dated for a while but broke up after two years of publicly dating in 2011.

The breakup news was revealed after Hyun Bin joined the military. Hyun Bin’s agency explained that the two actors had been busy with their respective activities. The agency also cited that public pressure and attention to their relationship was overwhelming.
Song Hye Kyo divorced Song Joong Ki last year, while Hyun Bin has been recently involved in dating rumors with Son Ye Jin which he denied a couple of times already.
