“Hospital Ship” Starts Off With Impressive Double Digit Ratings Placing First Among Its Competition
“Hospital Ship” is enjoying a great start with its first episodes.
“Hospital Ship” took over the timeslot previously occupied by “Man Who Dies To Live” and is doing tremendously well for its first episodes.
“Man Who Dies To Live” achieved great ratings and was the top drama in this time slot throughout its entire run despite its controversial start.
According to Nielsen Korea, the first episode rated 10.6% while the second episode rated a great 12.4% surprising people with the result.
Thus “Hospital Ship” was the highest rated drama in its timeslot with its premiere.

SBS’s “Reunited Worlds” rated 5.4% and 6.8% and came in second place, while “Manhole” fell back to 2.0% which is 0.2% lower than its previous episode, and came in last place.
“Hospital Ship” has been garnering attention for many reasons, it is the first EVER Kang Min Hyuk leading role in a drama and he’s working with an actress 13 years older than him, Ha Ji Won.
