Actor Jeon Tae Soo was revealed to have passed away on January 21.

On January 21, Jeon Tae Soo’s agency Haewadal Entertainment released the news, the actor passed away after battling depression.

According to his agency, the actor was being treated for depression for a long time and was thought to have improved his condition enough he was looking into new projects to return to the small screen with.



His agency released the following statement,

“We are sorry be the bearers of sad heavy news of actor Jeon Tae Soo.

Actor Jeon Tae Soo passed away on January 21 at the age of 34.

The deceased was constantly being treated for depression, and his condition was improving, and he was discussing his return to the entertainment industry until recently.

Jeon Tae Soo, who had a passion for acting, was a pure artist who was deeply involved in various fields such as art.

Please refrain from speculative articles or bad comments.

Funeral services will be held as soon as possible by the family members and close acquaintances. We would also like to ask you to refrain from showing up with cameras at the funeral hall so that the family can properly commemorate the death of the actor.

The actor was the younger brother of popular Korean actress Ha Ji Won. He is known for his roles in many Korean dramas such as Sungkyunkwan Scandal and It’s Okay, Daddy’s Girl.
