Looks like we’ll have to wait a bit longer to see Gong Yoo in a drama!
Previously, it was reported that Gong Yoo was offered the leading role in Kim Eun Hee’s upcoming drama “Evil,” and that he was carefully reviewing the offer.
Fans were excited to see the combo of Gong Yoo and Kim Eun Hee. Kim Eun Hee has worked on many hit dramas including “Signal,” the Netflix “Kingdom” series and more.
On January 13, an insider reported that Gong Yoo has turned down the offer and the drama has began searching for another male lead.
Kim Tae Ri was also offered the female lead role. While fans were super excited to see the possible pairing together, it has ultimately fell through according to the newest report.
Gong Yoo recently came back with “The Silent Sea.”
