Girls’ Generation’s Tiffany could be joining the star-studded cast of the upcoming drama “Chaebol Family’s Youngest Son”!
On June 29, a Korean news outlet reported that Tiffany has been cast in the upcoming JTBC drama “Chaebol Family’s Youngest Son.” Later, a source from JTBC told news outlets that she’s been offered a role but nothing is confirmed yet.
Song Joong Ki and Shin Hyun Bin are in talks for the same drama. None of the casting has been confirmed yet.
The drama is based on a hit web novel and tells the story of someone who was killed after being framed for embezzlement by a chaebol family he was loyal to for over 10 years. He is reborn as the youngest son of the same family, he plans revenge against them.
If Tiffany is confirmed for the for the role, it’ll be her small screen debut. She’s been offered the role of a Korean character who has lived overseas, which will suit Tiffany well since she was born in San Francisco and is of Korean descent.
Tiffany debuted as part of Girls’ Generation in 2017 and is now active as a solo artist. She was recently picked as the lead for the musical “Chicago.”
