Girl’s Day’s Hyeri Explains Why Ryu Jun Yeol Monitored All Of “My Roommate Is A Gumiho” Episodes
Girl’s Day’s Hyeri has talked about her boyfriend Ryu Jun Yeol in a recent interview!
“My Roommate Is A Gumiho” has wrapped up its run last night. Hyeri sat down for an interview with a Korean news outlet to discuss the drama, her boyfriend, and her chemistry with Jang Ki Yong.
Hyeri confessed that she was super nervous at first about her chemistry with Jang Ki Yong since she knew every rom-com relied heavily on the chemistry between the leads.

She talked about the discussions she’s had with the director and Jang Ki Yong and how happy she was that fans loved their chemistry together, she said,
“Actually, Jang Ki Yong and I have completely opposite personalities. At first, we were a bit awkward and uncomfortable but because he is such a great person, we were able to move past it quickly and became close. I think that people said we had good chemistry because our closeness was felt through the screen, I felt grateful.”
Hyeri also carefully mentioned her boyfriend Ryu Jun Yeol and talked about depending on him for feedback and support throughout the drama. She said,
“I feel so grateful for him for monitoring every episode, without missing a single one.”
Ryu Jun Yeol monitored all of Hyeri’s episodes, she talked about how dependable he was and how supportive and understanding he is as well. She added,
“He always makes me feel respected, and I am very grateful for that.”
