Fellow Actors Mourn the Sudden, Tragic Passing of Song Jae Rim
Various Korean celebrities have reacted with shock due to the sudden tragic passing of beloved actor Song Jae Rim.
On November 12, police confirmed the beloved actor was found dead in his apartment. Police also told media outlets that a two-page letter was reportedly found at the scene.
Not only that, but the actor’s activities on Instagram prior to his passing have been gaining attention too causing a lot of sadness among fans.
Following the news of his tragic passing, several top actors and entertainers have come out with statements mourning the actor.
Hong Seok Cheon wrote on his social account, ‘I am saddened that I will no longer be able to see your wonderful smile, and I am devastated at having to let you go without even a goodbye, as I couldn’t take better care of you.’
He added, ‘I am sorry, and sorry again. I did a terrible job as your older brother. Rest in peace.’
Jung Eun Pyo, who had acted with the deceased in ‘The Moon Embracing the Sun,’ also commemorated the deceased, saying, ‘Goodbye, may it be a happy journey.’
Fellow actress Lee Yoon Ji, though she did not mention the subject, posted, ‘If you only hadn’t… I remember your innocence. Live freely there,’ offering her farewell to the deceased. Lee Yoon Ji and the deceased had worked together in the 2022 movie ‘Hello.’
Actress Yoo Sun, who also worked with him on Hello, shared a heartbreaking story on her personal Instagram, she wrote, “Jae Rim… It’s so heartbreaking and painful… I hope you find peace and rest.”
Actor Kim Min Kyo shared several photos with the actor and captioned with, “Jae Rim-ah… even just a month ago, you called with a bright voice saying you were performing… why… why… Another star is being buried in my heart… I will remember you forever…”
Actor Park Ho San also shared a selfie with the actor and said, “I’m really going crazy. Jae Rim-ah… You were so bright like this… I can’t believe it… I’m sorry, I couldn’t contact you, and I couldn’t take care of you. I’m really sorry.”
