EXO’s D.O. Confirmed For First Kdrama Following His Military Discharge

EXO’s D.O. has decided on his next kdrama project!

On April 5, it was confirmed that EXO’s D.O. will be leading the upcoming KBS drama “Prosecutor Jin’s Victory” (literal title, also translating to “True Swordsmanship”).

The drama tells the story of a prosecutor named Jin Jung. He breaks down what the wealthy create and hide behind, he take down those greedy people as well. He uses unconventional methods to achieve justice, he uses tricks and delinquency over sincerity in order to stop corrupt authorities.

D.O. is taking on the role of Jin Jung who worked as a prosecutor at the third division of the Central District Prosecutors’ Office. He’s charming and will be remembered in the history of prosecutors for being crazy. At the same time, he has a deep sense of justice and conscience. He fights for the weak, battling evil an eye for an eye.

The upcoming drama will be helmed by director Kim Sung Ho of Netflix’s “Move to Heaven” and written by scriptwriter Lim Young Bin who co-wrote JTBC’s “Sketch.”

Neo Entertainment will be co-producing the drama, some of their previous works include “The Uncanny Counter,” “Abyss,” “Hide and Seek,” and “Sketch.”
