After the surprising news of Song Joong Ki and Katie Louise Saunders’s wedding, Dispatch has come out with photos and a report about the couple’s relationship leading up to today’s announcement.
According to Dispatch, Song Joong Ki went above and beyond to care for his wife. They says Song Joong Ki and Katie were in a relationship while he was filming “Vincenzo” in Italy, despite rumors suggesting otherwise. However, she was not his Italian teacher as some rumors had previously stated.
They also allege the couple eventually decided to live together in Seoul in a luxury villa in the Hannam district since the spring of 2022. The family is now residing in a $16.3 million USD house in the Itaewon area.
Song Joong Ki made sure to make Katy’s transition to Korea as smooth as possible according to Dispatch, even enlisting an English-Korean translator to help her when he was away filming. When Katy became pregnant, Song Joong Ki even brought her parents to Korea to help care for her.
Dispatch then shared photos of Katy shopping for baby clothes with her mother in January.
