Disney+ series “Big Bet” has been maintaining the highest point among the global OTT Korean original series on IMDb.
Disney+ original series “Big Bet” recorded an IMDb rating of 8.5 which is the same as Netflix’s series “Move to Heaven.”
After “Squid Game” and “Kingdom,” this is the highest rating among the global OTT original Korean drama series and the highest IMDb among domestic OTT series released at the same time.
“Big Bet” sparked an explosive response from the viewers, after showcasing an even bigger scale and sharp confrontation between characters through the fifth episode when Oh Seung Hoon (played by Son Suk Ku) began to appear in earnest in the series.
“Big Bet,” tells the intense story of Cha Moo Sik (played by Choi Min Sik), a man who became a casino legend in the Philippines without money or any connection, being caught up in a murder case and starting his last bet on the brink of life. Season 1 consists of a total of eight episodes, which are available every Wednesday at 5 p.m starting from December 21,2022.
Meanwhile, “Big Bet 2” will be released in 2023.
