Move away “Goblin” there is a new sheriff in town!
On February 16, the insanely popular tvN series “Crash Landing On You” aired and people were stoked. Many had been waiting to see the finale of what has become one of their favorite dramas.
According to Nielsen Korea, “Crash Landing On You” finale scored an average nationwide rating of 21.68% and a peak of 24.1%, this means that “Crash Landing On You” is now the highest-rated drama episode in tvN’s history, it replaced “Goblin” record which it achieved back in 2017.
Not only that but “Crash Landing On You” is now the second-highest-rated cable TV drama in Korean history, only second to JTBC’s popular drama “SKY Castle.”
The drama ending had fans in tears, fans were so excited about “Crash Landing On You” finale that they trended #CrashLandingOnYouFinale on twitter and it topped worldwide trends, something that’s unheard of for a kdrama.
