Public channels competing in the 10:00 p.m. time slot are having a hard time surpassing the 5% mark which is considered pretty bad for public channels dramas.

While tvN’s “What’s Wrong With Secretary Kim” (a paid-cable channel) continues to soar in ratings, every other competing drama in the same time slot is struggling.

Taking over “Suits” time slot is the new drama “Your House Helper,” “Suits” enjoyed great ratings throughout its runtime and even scored double-digit ratings, the same cannot be said for the drama taking over its slot.

“Your House Helper” premiered with 4.1% (for episode 1 and 2) according to Nielsen Korea,  the 3rd and 4th episode recorded even lower ratings, they scored 3.2% and 4% respectively.

In comparison, “Suits” had premiered with 7.2% for its first two episodes.

Meanwhile, MBC’s “Come And Hug Me” topped the time slot. According to Nielsen Korea, the dramas most recent episodes rated 3.8% and 5.2% for June 4 broadcast. June 5th episodes rated 4.1% and 5.3%, which is a slight increase.

SBS’s “The Undateables” June 4 episodes rated 2.4% and 3%, June 5th episodes rated 2.8%. This makes “The Undateables” the lowest rated SBS drama of 2018 and one of the lowest rated 2018 dramas as well. It continues to struggle with ratings despite its stellar cast.
