Actors Choi Woo Sik, Son Suk Ku, and Lee Hee Joon has been confirmed to join as leads for the new Netflix series based on webtoon of the same name “Murderer’s Toy.”

The legendary thriller webtoon “Murderer’s Toy” will be reborn as a Netflix series. The “Murderer’s Toy” is a Netflix series that tells the story of an ordinary man who accidentally started killing and a detective who is chasing him.

“Murderer’s Toy” is based on a webtoon of the same name by writer Komabi, who gathered explosive reactions by providing unpredictable twists with shocking storytelling that contrasts with the cute drawing style. It is a masterpiece that won the Korea Content Awards’ New Artist Award, Today’s Korean Cartoon Award, and the Jury Prize at the Reader’s Cartoon Awards, with the story of Lee Tang, who only chooses those who commit crimes and murders.

Director Lee Chang Hee, who showed an excellent sense of genre with the drama “Hell Is Other People” and the movie “The Vanished,” will direct the explosive anticipation of “Murderer’s Toy.” Kim Da Min, a writer with a history of winning the grand prize in the 2019 Gyeonggi Scenario Planning and Development feature category, will participate in the screenplay to show a new perspective.
