Choi Jin Hyuk On Set Injury Requires 30 Stitches, Admitted To The Hospital For Treatment

Actor Choi Jin Hyuk was injured while filming for his upcoming drama “The Last Empress.”

On November 19, a report revealed that the actor was injured while filming for an action scene; he was rushed to the hospital and is now receiving treatment.





His injury required 30 stitches, his agency released a statement in which they explained there had been an accident during the filming. He was injured approx. 6 to 7 centimeters above one of his eyes, they added,

“He has received treatment and is currently resting and being monitored, he is keeping an ice pack on the area to reduce swelling.”

His upcoming high budget drama “The Last Empress” will air on November 21st and the main cast is scheduled to attend a press conference on November 20, the agency revealed that there hasn’t been any final decision regarding his attendance of the press conference.





The agency revealed that this will depend on his condition when he wakes up after he wakes up his agency will determine when he’ll resume filming as well.
