Famous actor Byeon Woo Seok has made headlines recently for his generous donation!
It was recently revealed that actor Byeon Woo Seok (33) donated 300 million won [around $216,063] to Severance Hospital last month to support pediatric patient treatments.
His agency, VARO Entertainment, stated on the 6th of November that the donation was made privately by Byeon, and the agency only learned of it afterward. Severance Hospital expressed its gratitude, mentioning it would direct the funds towards treatments for pediatric cancer and rare, incurable diseases.
Byeon Woo Seok debuted in 2016 with the tvN drama “Dear My Friends” and gained considerable popularity for his lead role as Ryu Sun Jae in the recently concluded tvN drama “Lovely Runner,” which wrapped up in May.
