On October 30, reports revealed that actor Kim Joo Hyuk has passed away following a tragic car accident.
The accident reportedly took place around 4:30 p.m. KST in a neighbourhood in Seoul. His car overturned and caught on fire. The actor was rushed into the hospital, but sadly the doctors couldn’t save him and he passed away around 6:30 p.m.
The actor was driving his Mercedes-Benz SUV in the neighbourhood of Samseong in Gangnam District. An official investigation is underway.
The popular Korean actor has recently turned 45 years old, his last project was “Argon.” He is also a cast of “2 Days & 1 Night.”
His agency Namoo Actors is yet to release an official statement on the incident.
