Apple Renews “Pachinko” For Season 2, Creator Has Plans For Four Seasons

“Pachinko” Season 2 is happening!

On April 29, “Pachinko” Season 1 aired its finale to much praise from audiences worldwide. The first season ended on a massive cliffhanger that left fans wondering whether the drama will be returning with a second season, and it has now been confirmed.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, the critically acclaimed series has been renewed for a second season. Added to that, the showrunner Hugh has repeatedly stated in interviews that she has plans for four seasons based on the novel with each season having eight episodes.

“Pachinko” is led by Yuh Jung Youn, Lee Min Ho, Jin Ha, Minha Kim, Anna Sawai, Eunchae Jung, Inji Jeong, Jimmi Simpson and more.
