“Alienoid” Actor Ji Geon Woo Belatedly Revealed To Have Passed Away
It was belatedly announced that actor Ji Geon Woo passed away in a traffic accident.
According to the film industry on the 21st of January, Ji Geon Woo, who played the role of a suit-wearing killer ghost in the film “Alienoid” passed away in August of last year at the age of 45.
Previously, the late Ji Geon Woo appeared in films such as ‘The Thieves’, ‘Berlin’, ‘The Outlaws’, and ‘Asura’ in minor roles. He also made a strong impression as a supporting actor in ‘The Bow’, and ‘The Swordsman’.
Above all, he played an intense role as a suit-wearing killer ghost in the film “Alienoid” adding tension to the movie.
Unfortunately, he passed away in a traffic accident. In the ending credits of “Alienoid” the film also paid tribute to the late Ji Geon Woo with the words ‘Remembering the late Ji Geon Woo’.
Many people express their condolences as the news of his untimely death spreads before he could fully shine as an actor.
Meanwhile, “Alienoid” part 2 is currently in theaters, depicting the story of humans and monks who go back in time to save everyone amid a fierce battle for a hidden secret.
