“Sweet Home” Season 2 has been a topic of discussion among fans and many have began to wonder whether Song Kang is returning or not.
As many already know, “Sweet Home” ending left fans with a huge cliffhanger. The ending also hinted at the possibility of season 2, the cast had already stated in multiple interviews that they’d like to return for season two.
Back in July, reports have come out that “Sweet Home” would be returning with actors Song Kang, Lee Jin Wook, and Lee Si Young for the second season. Back then, Netflix stated that nothing has been confirmed.
A newer report stated that Song Kang was not returning for season 2. According to the report, the drama will cast other actors to complete its lineup. Following the report, a source from Netflix told news outlets, “Nothing has been decided yet.”
On December 23, a representative from Namoo Actors told news outlets that Song Kang is indeed in discussion regarding reprising his role as Hyun Soo for the second season. However, nothing has been confirmed yet.
“Sweet Home” is 10 episodes long and tells the story of residents at an apartment complex who have to deal with an unknown phenomenon of humans turning into monsters.
