Himchan, a former member of the group B.A.P, is expected to face an additional trial in December on charges of forced molestation following drunk driving and sexual harassment.
In July 2018, Himchan was sentenced to 10 months in prison and 40 hours in a sexual violence treatment program in the first trial on charges of molesting a woman in her 20s.
Four years later, Himchan has been accused of sexual harassment again.
Himchan is suspected of forcibly molesting a Korean woman and a foreign woman at a bar in Hannam-dong, Yongsan-gu, but the lawyer appeared on “Live of the Year” at the time and denied the charges.
Himchan also drove under the influence of alcohol and hit a guardrail in Gangnam on October 26, 2020.
Himchan is expected to stand trial in the Western District Court on December 14 for additional charges.
Meanwhile, Himchan debuted in 2012 as a member of the group B.A.P and entered the Korean National University of Arts’ Traditional Arts, but reportedly dropped out.
