TVING’s Upcoming Drama “Island” has begun teasing for its premiere!

The stunning character posters of the original TVing series “Island” featuring Kim Nam Gil, Lee Da Hee, Cha Eun Woo, and Sung Joon have been unveiled.

“Island” is a fantasy action drama based on writers Yoon In Wan and Yang Kyung Il’s popular cartoon, and tells the story of the journey of characters who are destined to fight against evil which tries to destroy the world. It will reinterpret the legends and tales of the beautiful Jeju Island in a modern way

On November 22, “Island” released character posters featuring Kim Nam Gil, Lee Da Hee, Cha Eun Woo, and Sung Joon, which boast a high synchronization with the original work along with strong phrases that contain the narrative of each character to raise curiosity.

Kim Nam Gil plays the role of Ban, who confronts evil that wants to end the world on the Island but is raised as a tragic person who cannot fit in with humans. Ban is a person who has the destiny to protect the world, and he agonizes over what value he should keep even while abandoning himself. In the poster, he transforms into a human and monster and exudes unrivaled charisma. In particular, his sharp eyes aimed at the bottom of the Geumgang River overwhelm the viewers.
