BLACKPINK‘s Jisoo has been surrounded by rumors of health issues, causing fans to worry.
Recently, online communities and social media outlets have begun to talk about “Jisoo has a lump on her neck.” The photo released together showed something believed to be a lump on Jisoo’s neck while performing on stage. Fans raised rumors of health problems, claiming that Jisoo suffered similar symptoms in the past.
Some suspected of her suffering from lymphoma after seeing the photo and said, “Shouldn’t she get a biopsy?” Lymphoma is a type of cancer that occurs in the lymphatic system and is very common enough to register about 5,000 new patients every year. Symptoms of Lymphoma include no pain while touching the lump on the neck, armpits, and groin areas.
Others believe that some fans are slightly overreacting to the circulating photos. YG is yet to address fans’ concerns.
Meanwhile, BLACKPINK released their second full-length album “BORN PINK” in September. Their world tour began at the Olympic Park Gymnastics Stadium in Seoul on October 15 and they will tour North America, Europe, and Asia until next year.
