KBS has unveiled the first script reading photos of its upcoming drama “Brain Cooperation.”

“Brain Cooperation” is a brain science comedy investigation drama about two men who desperately want to kill each other as they collaborate to solve a crime case involving a rare brain disease.

On November 17, the newly released photos show the four stars of the drama posing together holding the script. Many other actors such as Jung Dong Hwan, Woo Hyun, Kim Soo Jin, and Im Chul Hyung attended the first script reading.

Neuroscientist Shin Ha Ru, who is especially intelligent collides with detective Geum Myung Se who is a pushover.

Jung Yong Hwa will be playing the neuroscientist Shin Ha Ru who was born as the third generation of an affluent doctor family. He is a confident man who acts fearlessly according to his own beliefs about whatever difficult topics presented to him.

Cha Tae Hyun will be taking on the role of the dangerously kindhearted detective Geum Myung Se, unlike his appearance of a corrupt detective with a macho atmosphere and rough manner of speech, he’s actually a kindhearted person.

Kwak Sun Young is playing the role of Seol So Jung, a Forensic Hypnosis Investigator who has a ‘timid brain.’ She’s sensitive to stress more than your average person and her hearts begins to pound crazily as she gives instructions to those around her. After a situation ensues, her personality flips completely.

Ye Ji Won will be playing Geum Myung Se’s ex-wife Kim Mo Ran who has excess sexual drive. She’s always changing the man she’s dating while cheating with two to three people. Even after their divorce, she brazenly asks Geum Myung Se for various favors.

“Brain Cooperation” will premiere in January of 2023 on KBS.
