Chuu, a former member of the group LOONA, will reportedly continue her activities at the BY4M Studio.

According to an E-Daily report on November 28, Chuu will work under the BY4M Studio and is receiving support for her activities. BY4M Studio will soon officially announce the recruitment of Chuu and the direction of future activities.

In December 2017, Chuu took her first step into the music industry with a solo song through the LOONA debut project. The following year, she began her official activities as a member of LOONA and steadily did individual activities to make herself known.

According to music industry officials, Chuu has left her former agency Blockberry Creative since the end of last year to prepare for a new start. Earlier this year, she also founded a corporate business named Chu Co., Ltd.

BY4M Studio, which has been chosen as the new agency after much consideration, has been actively engaged in SNS-based digital marketing and is gradually expanding its business to the entertainment sector. The agency Major 9, which has singers such as VIBE, Ben, and 4men, has also been acquired. Attention is being paid to whether Chuu will be able to continue her activities as before with the support of BY4M Studio.

Meanwhile, Blockberry Creative announced on November 25 that it has decided to expel Chuu from LOONA and kick her, saying, “There were reports about Chuu’s abuse of power, including abusive language toward the staff, and the investigation revealed that it was true.” Choo has yet to take a particular position amid a flurry of controversy among fans after the agency’s announcement of the expulsion.
