The first ever The-K Billboard Awards has been held earlier today, here is who won!
Earlier this month, Billboard announced they’ve launched a new award show specifically for Kpop. It was made to highlight Kpop’s achievements on their charts.
On October 28, the first award show was held. They announced the winners for three categories: Top Artist, Global Artist, and Hot Rookie.
The-K Billboard Awards Winners are as follows:
Top Artist: [awarded based on Billboard Hot 100 and Billboard 200 chart performance]
Global Artist: [awarded based on Billboard Global 200 chart performance]

Hot Rookies: [awarded to four teams based on chart performance in the first three years of debut on Hot 100, Billboard 200, and Global 200]
