Its been reported that one fan has gone above and beyond to ensure they get to meet hallyu star Kim Soo Hyun in flesh at his upcoming fan meeting.
According to Thai Distribution Company Lotus as well as local media outlets, one fan has spent an absurd amount to meet Kim Soo Hyun. Kim Soo Hyun will hold a fan meeting on October 2 in Bangkok. The fan meeting is open for the fans who purchase roughly more than $133 of gold in Lotus stores. Competition was so stiff that some fans ended up spending so much just to get into the fan meeting.
The fan meeting will have the top 3800 spenders on gold from the store. Among those, the top 100 spenders will sit in the front seat and receive many VIP benefits such as taking a picture with Kim Soo Hyun.
After calculations were made, it was revealed that the top spender was someone who spent a total of roughly $126,000 while the second top spender spent around $105,624.
