Former T-Ara Member Ahreum’s son is in the hospital.
On September 16, Former T-Ara Member Ahreum alarmed fans when she revealed that her son, who is 2 years old, has been diagnosed with cerebral meningitis.
She explained her son had been suffering from high fever that she believed to be just flu but when they went to the hospital and received many tests, he was diagnosed with cerebral meningitis.
She recommended fellow moms to not take high fever lightly and to get their children vaccinated too. She also expressed how heartbroken she was seeing her son undergo so many tests. In the post, she shares photos and videos of her son and says, “the reason I am taking photos and videos is just in case, really just in case. I want to leave behind his last moments just in case.”
The family is still waiting on more results and he must receive treatment for 2 to 4 weeks.
Ahreum joined T-ara in 2012 and left the group in 2014 due to health reasons. In 2019, she married a non-celebrity and has a son in 2020, she’s now pregnant with their second child.
