DIA debuted on September 14, 2015 and has gone through a series of hardships before making a name for themselves. Members Huihyeon and Jung Chae-yeon appeared in the cable music channel Mnet’s girl group formation project “Produce 101” to promote the team. Jung Chae-yeon was selected as a final member of the project girl group “I.O.I,” making it impossible for the entire group to perform together for a while.
