MAMAMOO‘s Solar and Moonbyul have confirmed to release music together as a subunit.
On August 22, MAMAMOO’s agency RBW told NewsN , “MAMAMOO’s Solar and Moon Byul are preparing for a unit album. We will soon announce the exact release date and details of the new album.”
MAMAMOO debuted in 2014 is loved for a number of hit songs such as “Mr. Ambiguous,” “Um Oh Ah Ye,” “You’re the Best,” “Decalcomanie,” “If I Say It’s Me,” “Starry Night,” and “Gogobebe.”
Members Solar and Moonbyul have appeared on a number of entertainment programs such as tvN’s “Sixth Sense 2” and KBS 2TV’s “Boss In The Ears” together, boasting their special friendship.
In July last year, they showed duet chemistry with “Promise U,” the first song of the “REVIBE” project, which was held to commemorate the 20th anniversary of Vibe’s debut. Expectations are high on what kind of teamwork the two will show with their unit activities.
