“Extraordinary Attorney Woo” Actor Kang Ki Young Tests Positive For COVID-19, Will Not Join Bali Trip

Actor Kang Ki Young, who is playing the role of “Half-Dad” Jung Myung Seok in the ENA drama “Extraordinary Attorney Woo,” has been confirmed to be infected with COVID-19.

On August 8 Kang Ki Young’s agency Namu Actors said, “Kang Ki Young was finally confirmed positive in the self-kit test conducted last weekend after being in close contact with COVID-19 confirmed patient. Currently, we plan to stop all schedules of the actor and focus on treatment with no special symptoms. They added that the actor will not attend the scheduled Bali vacation.

Director Yoo In Sik and the “”Extraordinary Attorney Woo” team, including actors Park Eun Bin, Joo Jong Hyuk, and Ha Yoon Kyung, are scheduled to go on vacation for five nights and six days to Bali, Indonesia, via Incheon International Airport in the afternoon.

Kang Ki Young was scheduled to board a flight to Bali on August 9 after carrying out his personal schedules but was unable to join his colleagues due to the confirmation of COVID-19.

Previously it was reported that “Extraordinary Attorney Woo” Actors plan to go on vacation in Bali.
