LABOUM Rumored To Be Disbanding A Year After Signing Contract With New Agency + Agency Responds To Reports

Last week, its been rumored that LABOUM was disbanding, and their agency has responded to the reports.

In 2021, LABOUM signed with a new agency named Interpark Music Plus after their contracts expired with their previous agency. Their leader, Yujeong, departed and LABOUM now consists of Soyeon, Jinyea, Haein, and Solbin.

Last week, one news outlet reported that the group was disbanding in August a year after they had signed with Interpark Music Plus.

In response to the report, the agency refuted the rumors in multiple statements to different news outlets.

A representative from their agency told  Sports Kyunghyang, “The news regarding the disbandment has not been confirmed yet. We will organize and convey our exact position when a decision is reached.”

LABOUM first debuted as a six-member group in 2014.
