The Weekend drama battle is getting heated!
Most of the dramas that aired this Saturday saw a decline in ratings, lets go through each one’s score.
According to Nielsen Korea, SBS’ “Why Her?” most recent episode scored an average nationwide rating of 7.4%, a huge dip from its prior episode which recorded 8.7%.
Meanwhile, the latest episode of MBC’s “Doctor Lawyer” achieved an average nationwide rating of 6.2%, almost the same number from its previous episode.
tvN’s “Alchemy of Souls” remained first place in its time slot across all cable channel. It scored 5.4%, a slight drop in ratings from its previous episode.

I am surprised to see that “Alchemy of Souls” hasn’t been able to capture the same attention domestically as I had expected it to. The CGI is definitely laughable but the story and performances are great so far. Considering how we have 14 more episodes to go, I don’t know if it’ll get better or worse. I definitely expected it to do more.
I’m hooked in Alchemy Of Souls and I lost interest in other kdramas. I watched it repeatedly while waiting for the next episodes. JungSoMin’s performance is superb as well as other casts. It’s a star studded drama the #AlchemyOfSouls.
