Song Joong Ki, Shin Hyun Bin And Lee Sung Min Reportedly Wrap Up Filming For “Chaebol Family’s Youngest Son”

The highly anticipated upcoming JTBC drama “Chaebol Family’s Youngest Son” is reportedly wrapping up filming soon with its main actors already done with their own filming portions.

On July 29, a broadcasting official told news outlets that Song Joong Ki, Shin Hyun Bin And Lee Sung Min have wrapped up filming for their upcoming drama “Chaebol Family’s Youngest Son.” However, other actors still have parts that need more filming and filming is expected to be carried until August.

“Chaebol Family’s Youngest Son” is based on the hit web novel of the same name and tells the story of a man [Song Joong Ki] who was killed after being framed for embezzlement by a chaebol family, a family he’s served for over 10 years. He gets reborn as the youngest son of the chaebol family [Sunyang Group] and plans revenge by gradually taking over their empire.

Shin Hyun Bin is taking on the role of prosecutor Seo Min Young of the anti-corruption department, she’s willing to evade or even break the law to serve Justice. She tracks down the family’s illegal practices and gets involved with the youngest son Jin Do Joon [Song Joong Ki] in the process. the two will walk the line between love and hatred.

Lee Sung Min is taking on the role of Jin Yang Chul, the head of Sunyang Group. He is a relentlessly competitive and harsh character with endless greed for money.

The drama is written by Kim Tae Hee of “Sungkyunkwan Scandal” and “A Beautiful Mind,” and it will be directed by Jung Dae Yoon of “She Was Pretty” and “W.”

The drama is set to air in the second half of 2022 on JTBC.
