tvN has unveiled new stills featuring Seo Ji Hye for her upcoming drama

“Adamas” is a drama that tells the story of twin brothers uncovering the truth of an incident that took place 22 years ago. They will fight against great evil to clear their biological father of the charges against him, he’s been accused of killing their stepfather. The twin brothers are shocked to hear their father murdered their stepfather at first, but when they find out he’s about to face the death penalty and that he was falsely accused, they set on a mission to uncover the truth that is hidden away by huge power. The drama stars Ji Sung, Seo Ji Hye, Lee Soo KyungHeo Sung Tae, and Oh Dae Hwan

Seo Ji Hye will play Eun Hye Soo, the mysterious but charismatic and elegant daughter-in-law of the Haesong Group. She is the only daughter of a hospital director who got to grow up like a flower in a greenhouse. She was deeply in love with the second son of the Haesong Group but due to a tragic accident that lead to his death, she married his older brother instead.

Eun Hye Soo didn’t even have time to heal and move on from her lover’s death before she married the eldest son of Haesong Group. Now she is stuck in a loveless marriage and the more time passes of her being the daughter-in-law of the Haesong Group, the more hate she harbors for the family. She later gets an opportunity to take revenge on the Haesong Group with the help of Ha Woo Shin (Ji Sung), but it is unknown if she will become his assistant or use him to create a new plan of her own.

The newly released stills show the elegant and beautiful Eun Hye Soo who boasts a mysterious aura and seems to be the type who is not easily approachable. Her eyes look empty and tired, reflecting her wounds that she suffered from the harsh reality she lives in. Viewers are now looking forward to see how Seo Ji Hye will be able to portray Eun Hye Soo, a woman who is tired of living a meaningless life.

“Adamas” is set to premiere on July 27.
