MBC has released a new exciting teaser for their upcoming drama “Big Mouth”!
“Big Mouth” is an upcoming hard-boiled noir drama about a third-rate lawyer who becomes in charge of a murder case that turns him into a genius conman known as “Big Mouse.” In order to protect his family and survive, he must expose a huge conspiracy among the privileged upper classes.
Lee Jong Suk will take on the role of Park Chang Ho, a third-rate lawyer with a 10% success rate. He is all talk and no action, thus, he’s labeled “Big Mouth.” One day, he is mistaken for a genius conman known as “Big Mouse” and his life is put in danger. While Girls’ Generation’s YoonA will take on the role of Go Mi Ho, a nurse, and Park Chang Ho’s wife. She has always been encouraging and supportive of her husband’s desire to become a lawyer, but when she finds out he’s been mistaken for a conman, she sets to clear his name herself.
The newly released teaser introduces us to Park Chang Ho and his chaotic daily life, he is a lawyer who suffers criticism from his wife Go Min Ho and his clients’ dissatisfaction and jokes about him being all talk and no action.
However, the atmosphere changes to grey and cold, and things take a drastic turn when he is falsely accused of being the famous con artist Big Mouse and is sent to prison. There, he daily gets into fights with the prisoners and the guards.
Park Chang Ho’s whole demeanor also switches when someone threatens his family. To get back at those who kept threatening him, he slowly starts to become Big Mouse and is set to take revenge on those who wronged him. The caption reads, “In order to survive you need to be the real thing.”
In addition, Park Chang Ho’s aura changes and is boasting a new charismatic one, he even can be seen with his loyal helper Jerry (played by Kwak Dong Yeon), a man who got convicted of fraud three times and is a huge fan of the conman Big Mouse. Park Chong Ho says, “I will start hunting. I will do it according to the ‘Big Mouse’ law. From now on, I am the real Big Mouse.” Raising curiosity about his real identity.
