VIXX’s Hyuk has left Jellyfish Entertainment.

On June 2, VIXX’s Hyuk announced the news via a handwritten letter to fans announcing his departure from the agency that he’s been with for the past 10 years since his debut.

Hyuk says he’s wanted to tell fans personally about his decision to depart the agency rather than having them find out via news articles. He’s decided to leave Jellyfish Entertainment and take some time to reorganize in order to go to a new environment.

Since May marked VIXX’s 10th anniversary, he’s wanted fans to enjoy that to the fullest thus, he’s delayed the announcement for a bit longer.

Hyuk promises to do his best to become a person who would make fans proud. He wrapped up his letter with a thank you to Jellyfish Entertainment family for allowing him to meet VIXX. He also thanked fans who have always been there by his side.

Wishing the best of luck to Hyuk in his future endeavors!
