“Sweet Home” is coming back with not one but two more seasons!
On June 15, Netflix Korea announced the happy news to fans via many teasers, the first of which was a short video teaser showing that the drama is coming back with two more seasons.
The two seasons will be filmed back to back in order for the cast to greet fans with more action sooner.
Netflix also confirmed which cast members will be coming back for the 2nd and 3rd seasons. Song Kang is reprising his role as Hyun Soo, Lee Jin Wook is also coming back to reprise his role as Sang Wook. Go Min Si will resume her role as Eun Yoo, Lee Si Young and Park Gyu Young will join the cast again too.
Not only that but more actors are joining the drama. Veteran actor Yoo Oh Sung will play the role of a special forces captain. Oh Jung Se is taking on the role of a lab scientist. Kim Moo Yeol and former BA14 member Jinyoung are also joining the cast.
“Sweet Home” tells the story of residents at an apartment complex who have to deal with an unknown phenomenon of humans turning into monsters.
“Sweet Home” season two and three will be directed by the same director of season one.
