Coupang Play has unveiled a new intriguing poster and teaser for their upcoming drama “Anna”!
“Anna” tells the story of a woman who starts off by telling a small lie and winds up living as someone else.
Suzy will play Yoo Mi, the woman who lies and ends up living someone else’s life.
The newly released poster grabs the attention with the two contrasting images of Yoo Mi who seems to be looking at Anna through a mirror. While Yoo Mi is wearing a simple grey uniform and has a worried expression written on her face, Anna is wearing a luxurious golden dress and is unfazed by Yoo Mi’s concerns. The text reads, “The moment you believe it, even the lies become the truth,” raising curiosity about this woman and how she is leading a different life that is full of lies.
Meanwhile, the newly released teaser starts with Yoo Mi’s narration, she says, “You wouldn’t know you really wanted something until you have it,” making viewers look forward to how Yoo Mi who lives a hard and tedious life will turn into the mysterious Anna who lives a perfect life and gets envied by everyone. However, when Yoo Mi turns into Anna, her former boss Hyun Joo (Jung Eun Chae) recognizes her right away and approaches her, she threatens Yoo Mi by telling her, “You stole my entire life, and now you have to pay the price.” The teaser ends with Yoo Mi walking down the streets with blood running down her face, this raises curiosity about Yoo Mi and how her double life will affect the people surrounding her.
