MBC has released new intriguing posters featuring Lee Jong Suk and Girls’ Generation’s YoonA for their upcoming drama “Big Mouth”!
“Big Mouth” is an upcoming hard-boiled noir drama about a third-rate lawyer who becomes in charge of a murder case that turns him into a genius conman known as “Big Mouse.” In order to protect his family and survive, he must expose a huge conspiracy among the privileged upper classes.
Lee Jong Suk will take on the role of Park Chang Ho, a third-rate lawyer with a 10% success rate. He is all talk and no action, thus, he’s labeled “Big Mouth.” One day, he is mistaken for a genius conman known as “Big Mouse” and his life is put in danger.
Girls’ Generation’s YoonA will take on the role of Go Mi Ho, a nurse, and Park Chang Ho’s wife. She has always been encouraging and supportive of her husband’s desire to become a lawyer, but when she finds out he’s been mistaken for a conman, she sets to clear his name herself.
In the first newly released poster, viewers get a glimpse of the couple Park Chang Ho and Go Mi Ho who are trying to save each other and fight against the strong wall of power. Chang Ho’s eyes are filled with desperation as he seems to be standing alone in a cold prison where even the light that is illuminating him has no warmth. On the other hand, his wife Mi Ho is standing in a completely different background that has the opposite atmosphere, she is gazing at her husband that’s surrounded by darkness from a colorful botanical garden.
Meanwhile, the other poster also shows Park Chang Ho and Go Mi Ho in different places. However, they both are wearing the same sharp look that is filled with determination to fight against the injustice they are facing and save each other. This raises curiosity about the couple’s story and how they will overcome their hardships together even though they are separated.
“Big Mouth” is set to premiere on July 29 after “Doctor Lawyer” ends.
