Kim Ji Won has parted ways with SALT Entertainment.
On June 10, SALT Entertainment released an official statement to announce that Kim Ji Won has departed their agency after two years together following the expiration of her contract.
They wrote,
“We would like to inform you of our official position regarding the expiration of our exclusive contract with actress Kim Ji Won.
Our company has decided to end its management work with actress Kim Ji Won and we have decided to support each other’s future in our respective places.”
They thanked the actress for showing good things while being a part of them through a variety of projects and wished the best for her. They also thanked the fans who have sent her love and support and asked them to continue showing love for the actress in the future.
Kim Ji Won has recently wrapped up “My Liberation Notes” receiving immense praise for her acting skills in the drama. SALT Entertainment is home to many hallyu actors including Park Shin Hye, Kim Seon Ho and more. It is unknown what the actress’s next step will be.
