Jeon Do Yeon And Jung Kyung Ho Confirmed To Star In Upcoming Romance Drama

Jeon Do Yeon and Jung Kyung Ho will be starring in the upcoming tvN drama “One-Shot Scandal”!

“One-Shot Scandal” depicts the bittersweet scandal between an owner of a side dish shop who entered the entrance exam late and an instructor who become a star in Korea’s top private education field. The drama will tell the warm and cold yet sweet and thrilling story of the people who enter and experience the competitive world of entrance exams.

The drama will be written by Yang Hee Sung who previously wrote “Once Again” and “Familiar Wife,” and will be directed by “Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha” director Yoo Jae Won. This is Yang Hee Sung and Yoo Jae Won third project together as they previously worked together on “King of High School” and “Oh My Ghostess.” Now viewers are looking forward to their reunion and the story they will deliver through the drama.

Jeon Do Yeon will play Nam Heung Sun, a passionate owner of the National Representative Side Dish Shop. She is a former national athlete who belatedly entered the overwhelming world of entrance exams. Nam Heung Sun is a very strong person who doesn’t get swayed even when faced with the hardships in her life, she believes in her choices and doesn’t make excuses. However, she unexpectedly continues to get entangled with the first-class instructor Choi Chi Yeol after entering the private education market late. 

Jung Kyung Ho will take on the role of Choi Chi Yeol, who is a genius and popular instructor. He is not only talented in his career but he is also wealthy and famous for having outstanding skills, being out-spoken, and showing brilliant showmanship. However, his fame and wealth come at a high price as he can’t have one peaceful moment, this made him become more sensitive, harsh, and indifferent to others around him. But after meeting the bubbly and positive Nam Heung Sun, a sweet yet exciting story will unfold.

“One-Shot Scandal” is set to premiere sometime in 2023.
