“Yumi’s Cells 2” newly released stills have shocked fans, is one of the cast members from the first season coming back?
“Yumi’s Cells 2” tells the story of an ordinary office worker named Yumi from the point of view of the cells in her head that control her every move. Kim Go Eun plays the role of Yumi who struggles to express her feelings. Jinyoung plays the role of her co-worker Yoo Babi.

In the newly released stills, Yumi runs into her ex-boyfriend Goo Woong (played by Ahn Bo Hyun). The atmosphere is awkward as the two ex-lovers run into each other. They meet up on Christmas Eve. The stills also show Yumi’s current boyfriend Yoo Babi meeting Goo Woong who is unaware she’s dating a new person.
Yumi and Babi started a sweet secret romance, the new unexpected events with the appearance of her ex-boyfriend are expected to shake things up.
