Yoon Eun Hye and Kim Jong Kook dating rumors have been reignited again.

In the past, the two celebrities became a hot topic after appearing on the SBS variety program “X-Man.” They became a famous love-line and many fans hoped the two would actually date in real life. That love-line is still popular to this day.

But how did Yoon Eun Hye and Kim Jong Kook dating rumors of the past become a hot topic again?

On May 17, Yoon Eun Hye uploaded a video to her YouTube channel. In the video, she mentions a story of her ex-boyfriend. The story goes that her past boyfriend used to send her lots of messages when they began dating, but as he started to message less as time passed, she wrote all the messages he sent her in a small notebook and gave it to him, she added, ‘he’s also a good person. He felt apologetic after seeing how the messages became shorter.’ Netizens recalled how this story was similar to a past story told by Kim Jong Kook. He had mentioned his ex-girlfriend wrote by hand all the messages I sent her every day and gave it to me, adding, ‘she used to call me ‘prince.’ He said his messages became shorter as time went by.

The rumors started getting out of control after Yoon Eun Hye’s video was deleted.

However, a rep from Yoon Eun Hye’s agency denied the past dating rumors and said deleting the video had nothing to do with Kim Jong Kook. They stated the video had many problems and was deleted as a result. They continued, ‘it was never [the deletion of the video] because an article regarding a past relationship was published. Its just a coincidence.’
